Two of our projects gained planning approval this week: a new cattle shelter in the New Forest National Park; and a house extension in Kingston upon Thames.
Nick and Claudia’s House
Work on the renovation of a tired 1980’s Wimpy Home is progressing. The side, rear and loft extensions have been constructed and the plastering and services are underway. The ground floor will be a spectacular open plan space with lofted roof lights when completed and the new master bedroom in the loft with its ensuite will be lovely.
Planning Approval GrAnteD at Victor Road
Planning approval has been granted for a roof extension with roof garden at our project in Brent.
Chicken shed nears completion
Our conversation of a chicken shed to a home in Hertfordshire is very nearly finished and is looking great… it will be even better when the client moves in properly.
Pearman Street Project Gains Planning Approval
Our project at Pearman Street in Lambeth to add a mansard roof extension and ground floor side and rear extensions to an interesting ‘cottage flat’ built in the 1890’s was just granted planning permission. We are really excited to be moving on to the detailed design and construction stages of this renovation project.

Dorota Has Left The Building....
After 2 years at the practice Dorota Bojarovic is moving on. She worked on some great projects; some completed and some in the pipeline and we thank her for all her hard work.
Caroline, Paul and Freya's House
Our renovation project for Caroline, Paul and Freya has been uploaded to our website following the recent issue of the final certificate.
Caroline had these kind words to say about us:
"We would happily recommend Fergus and his company. His creative design exceeded our expectations.
With any medium or large building project, things will not always go to plan. What you need is a Fergus alongside you to come up with practical solutions, sort out the builders and keep you sane."
